As the number of cyber attacks increases, sensitive employee data becomes a greater target. Employers must actively engage in cyber security risk management to protect that data. Join us as Petula Workman, J.D., CEBS, Division Vice President, Compliance Counsel, Gallagher, discusses building a Cyber Security program for your employee benefits data that goes beyond checking the box.

Learning objectives include:

  • Learning how to establish a foundation for a cyber security framework to better protect their employee benefits data
  • Developing a better understanding of potential fiduciary responsibilities to protect employee benefits data
  • Engaging third-party vendors with a more in-depth assessment of their cyber security protections

She is responsible for developing compliance resources and tools and educating clients on interpreting and addressing complex legislative requirements affecting employee benefits.
